## Narrative

The employee claims that as he bent over to pick up a belt roller, he felt a pop and a sharp pain between his shoulder blades.  The incident was caused by the failure of the employee to properly bend and lift. The employee have been rather disgruntled and complains daily since the layoff and his realignment to steady afternoon.
