Employee experienced pain in her right shoulder after grinding a coal sample. She eventually had an MRI taken of the shoulder, identifying tendonitis in the supraspinatus and infraspinatus tendons as well as arthropathy (arthritis) in the AC joint. Employee began physical therapy on 6/4/15 as prescribed with no job restrictions.
