## Narrative

On 5-30-15 a roof fall occurred eight feet above the anchorage point at survey station 23+91. The fall was around 16 feet wide and 37 feet long. The fall occurred because of a sandstone transition in the roof. it didn't involve any compliance issues it did impede travel and the longwall stage loader was involved. No other 50.20 criteria applies.
