## Narrative

EE has been a mechanic for 40 years & has been exposed to repeated push/pull activities for his job during those years. He experienced pain in his left shoulder without an event. He was evaluated on 5/11/15. On 6/1/15 he was re-evaluated & an MRI was ordered. A tendon tear was diagnosed and will require surgery on 6/23/15. To date, EE has no restrictions or lost work days.
