## Narrative

The employee stated that while lifting a ventilation tube, he felt pain and tingling in his right shoulder, arm and fingers.  This event became reportable on 6/9/2015, when the employee began missing work due to this event.  This accident occurred because the employee failed to use proper lifting techniques.  He had on his required PPE.
