Narrative

Employee was forming a ditch when copper/moly concentrate was released from work area above and started raining down on employee. When he went to retrieve power tools before leaving the ditch he bent down with his hand on top of metal form, the moisture caused his arm to slip out from under him dislocating his shoulder.
