Narrative

Employee was dropping bolter cable, when a rock fell from the edge of the screen wire striking his upper right arm causing a laceration. Employee had to have sutures in right upper arm.(Medical Treatment). Compliance with rules and regulations was not a factor. Miners proficiency and job skills may have been a factor.
