Narrative

Mobile equipment mechanic experienced pain on side of right knee while kneeling/crawling underneath 100-ton haul truck changing steering filter during a PM. Employee was wearing knee pads at the time of the event. On 6/17/15, MRI revealed a tear to his medial meniscus and a mild sprain of the MCL. Restrictions were given and surgery recommended.
