## Narrative

EE was tasked to secure a lifted haul truck bed by utilizing bed straps. EE is to lift a pin and lock it in place. EE lifted the pin and inserted the ring. Once the ring was in place the EE dropped the pin while his left hand, middle and ring fingers were in the line of fire. EE sustained a fracture to the tip of middle finger.
