## Narrative

Maintenance worker was using a cordless impact wrench to drill holes in conveyor belt spice.  When pulling trigger to drill 3rd hole debris flew out of wrench vent holes and went under employees safety glasses and into right eye. Antibiotic eye drops prescribed.
