Narrative

Emp walking down railroad track looking for location of air loss to hose. Rail car hose uncoupled under pressure and struck employee in right leg and right arm. Hose caused puncture wound in right arm with possible fracture. Emp. taken to ER and placed on restrictions, given prescription pain med and referred to orthopedic doctor.
