## Narrative

EE boarded back of service truck to retrieve tooling. Upon stepping down from step bumper the EE had right foot on the ground and was bringing his left foot down and rolled his left ankle in a small depression (uneven Surface) on the ground. EE was wearing the proper footwear for the work he was performing and had 3 point contact with the truck. Fibula fracture, ankle sprain.
