## Narrative

Miner operator in 2 East, bumping inby right corner #2 entry at 10 block. Rock brow was left, so the miner was scaling the brow down (1'x3'x4') with a slate bar and the rock bounced off the miner and struck his legs, resulting in a contusion. No problems with PPE, training, mining machines or compliance issues.
