The ee complained of back pain after shoveling. The incident became reportable on 6-23-2015 when he began missing work. The accident was caused by improper lifting and twisting while shoveling. The accident did not involve any aspect of compliance with rules or regulations; nor did it involve mine equipment, any protective devices on equipment or the mining system.
