Narrative

Employee was making welding repairs to the Dragline bucket and a hot piece of metal burned a hole in his pants and went down inside his boot and burned the top of his left foot. Employee went to CAMC Urgent Care on 06/19/2015 and taken off work for a Partial Thickness Burn on his left foot.
