## Narrative

The ee stated - he caught his left little finger between a crib and the frame of the machine resulting in a laceration requiring sutures.  The accident was caused by the ee's failure to be observant of where he placed his hand.  He had on the appropriate PPE and did not violate any rules, regulations or policies.  The ee was properly trained and had handling materials skills.
