## Narrative

An employee stepped then fell into an opening for a sump resulting in a laceration to a leg and scrapes to arms.  Employee was seen by a site medical responder, and then brought to a hospital for medical treatment where sutures were used to close the laceration.   Employee was released back to work without any lost days or restricted duty involved.
