## Narrative

Employee was working outside intermittently throughout the day.  The temperature was approximatley 90*F (~110*F Heat Index).  The employee showed signs of heat illness as recognized by the supervisor.  The employee was treated by on-site medical and referred to local hospital.  Employee placed on restricted duty for 1 shift and released to full duty.
