Narrative

Employee was in the process of hanging a shuttle car cable on the rib. The rib rashed out causing laceration to his head and chin. Lost time as of 06/29/2015 laceration to chin and head. Compliance with rules and regulations was not a factor. Miners proficiency and job skills may have been a factor.
