Employee was checking sensor at a pond site when he slipped and fell, attempting to catch himself he injured his shoulder. Employee began missing work on 6/29/15 as a result of his injury. Lack of awareness was the cause of the accident. PPE was not a factor, compliance rules/regs was not a factor, mining equipment was not a factor, miner proficiency was a factor.
