## Narrative

While bulk dusting 11 belt drive the rock dust swirled around his glasses and lodged into his left eye, scratching the cornea when he rubbed it. Finished shift, worked next day, but was prescribed 2 prescription eye drops. No problems with PPE, training, mining machines or compliance issues.
