## Narrative

EE was using an air lance to clean the grizzly at the discharge of K2 coal belt when the steel tube unthreaded itself from the ball valve installed after the Chicago fitting.  EE attempted to pinch the air hose but was struck on the rt. forearm by the air stream receiving a high pressure air wound.  EE was transported to a local medical center for treatment and observation.
