Miner was attempting to loosen an air-line, to bleed pressure off it, when the hose blew off and small particles of dust and dirt went into the miners eyes. The following were not a factor: rules, regulations, mining equipment or systems, skills, proficiency, training, protective devises or clothing. Attitude may have been a factor.
