Narrative

Employee operating water truck when ABC fire suppressant system unexpectedly discharged exposing employee to small amount of dry chemical suppressant. Employee medically evaluated off-site and diagnosed with lung irritation, the returned to work with restrictions (i.e. no undue exertion and no exposure to ""fumes"". Note: There was no fire on the vehicle.
