Employee was bending down to pick up the wheel chock blocks from the parked vehicle on the surface & felt a ""POP"" in his left knee. This was a REPORT ONLY at the time. Employee has missed NO days, until 7/13/2015~ when he had surgery on his left knee(7/13/2015 = 1st day missed)
