Narrative

IE was unhooking the tow bar attached to a water trailer from a Getman tractor (ST101) in the pit. As the IE lifted the tow bar up off the pintle hitch on the back of Getman tractor, the water trailer rolled forward and held the IE between the back end of Getman tractor and the water trailer.
