Employee reported to his supervisor he felt ill, and thought he had overexerted in the heat. After going home, he continued to feel bad, went to the ER and was diagnosed with mild Heat Exhaustion, and released to next shift. Due to the lateness of discharge, 11:30 p.m., employee did not report to next shift.
