## Narrative

Two miners were trying to get a cutting cable unstuck from a cut. 1 man on top of the bench and 1 at the bottom. The cable got hung on the high wall and the man at the bottom pull on the cable to get it free. When it did a rock 2"" of diameter fell from the high wall and hit the miner who was looking up at the same time.
