Narrative

EE was connecting an extension steel to the starter steel for drilling a bolt hole. He was feeding his steel up with the feed action of the drill box and at the same time the off side bolter was lowering the drill head off his bolt resulting in pinching and lacerating the flesh between his thumb and index finger. He was transported and received five sutures.
