Narrative

Employee was wearing gloves pulling a loose crete plank off of an overcast. When the plank came off of the back end and hit the ground causing the end he was holding to smash his left fingers against a block that was on the rib. Laceration to left fingers and sutures. (Restricted Duty) Compliance with rules and regulations was not a factor.
