On 7/19/15 at 12:54 am and electrician became trapped in the Grapevine elevator. The electrician was doing scheduled maintenance and checks on the elevator, while checking the E-stop the employee tripped the breaker and it needed to be reset from the topside of the shaft. There were no injuries and the electrician was off the elevator at 1:40 am.
