## Narrative

While bolting off the right side of the miner at 360 blk 5-4 track chute, he received a roof strap from the left side operator and experienced pain in his right shoulder. Started missing work (pending an MRI) on 7/20/2015. Possible shoulder sprain. No problem with mining machines, training, ppe or compliance issues
