## Narrative

I.E. was pulling a pin out of a belt splice. He had the pin lodged in the claws of a 28oz hammer and using another 28oz hammer to hit it with to dislodge the pin. This resulted in I.E. receiving a slither of metal in his left arm, that had to be surgically removed.
