Narrative

Individual was not concentrating when stepping down into the pit area of the motor barn. The right knee buckled when stepping on the first step, experiencing pain from the hip to the ankle. It did not involve any compliance issues, no equipment involved. It did not involve job skills training or attitude. Personal safety items were being utilized.
