## Narrative

While setting a post, the post fell striking the ee's hand against a roof strap.  The injury was caused by the ee's lack of concentration to the task at hand.  The injury did not involve any aspect of compliance with rules or regulations nor any mine eq. or the mining system.  The ee was properly trained with a good safety attitude. The injury did not involve protective items.
