Employee injured their back when lifting 5-gallon buckets of soil samples for density test. Employee felt fine at first but later started to develop soreness and was stiff. Employee later felt serious pain on standing and contacted our doctor. The injury became ""reportable"" on 7/24 when the employee received a prescription and temporary work restrictions.
