## Narrative

Employee was welding on his knees & wearing knee pads just like he does everyday.  He stated that no injury occurred but his knee started to swell. Doctor said his knee had inflammation (Bursitis). Cause of this illness is disorder associated with repeated trauma.  Did not involve compliance issues, PPE issues, equipment issues, or miner proficiency, etc.
