## Narrative

EE was in the process of changing the air dryer filter on a haul truck, during a routine PM. He had just removed the snap ring that holds the filter in place. In doing so the filter had popped out of the dryer and struck the employee in the mouth; dislodging several teeth and sustaining a contusion to his lower lip.
