## Narrative

The employee is a fork lift driver (material handler) who loads the splitters with stone.  While loading the stone onto the conveyor lines (various rollers), the employee notice that a stone was sticking out. The employee got off the fork lift and proceeded to push on the stone to straighten it out.  While pushing on the stone, the employee bent his middle right finger.
