## Narrative

While laying rail at the top of 4 track in dry level conditions a fully trained miner had a piece of 85 lb rail rolled on of his right foot by the other track man. The proper tools were provided this was a miscommunication between the workers. The injured miner was transported by ambulance to the hospital where he was diagnosed with a broken bone in his right foot.
