## Narrative

Mechanics were welding on TD033 when a small grease fire started, fire watch was in position (drill operator), the mechanic then grabbed the fire extinguisher to put out the fire. When he shot the extinguisher the powder from the extinguisher blew back into the driller's face, at which point the driller inhaled some of the powder which triggered an asthma attack.
