Employee reported to his supervisor pain in right wrist on 07/28/2015. Employee thinks he may have injured his right wrist on 07/15/2015 as he was building hollow block stoppings. He had surgery on 08/07/2015 for a right wrist TFC tear and volar ulnar ganglion cyst excision. Mine received doctors report on 08/17/2015.
