## Narrative

While tightening a repair clamp on a 3"" airline, the channel locks he was using slipped. Clamp cut through the side of his gloves and lacerated his left small finger against the band's edge. The accident was caused when the ee used a pair of channel locks in lieu of a nut driver to tighten the band.  The ee was properly trained and did not violate any rules or regulations.
