## Narrative

While using a rail roller to move 85# rail, the miner positioned himself in the middle of the rail 60' in length on dry level surface. He then squatted down to roll the rail over. When the rail rolled, the ends of the rail was not on the ground the rail flopped and jarred his back. This also resulted in the rail landing on another track man's foot.
