The injured was stacking roof mats when he felt a sharp pain in the left shoulder. Injured continued to work and was transferred to this mine site and reported that he had hurt his shoulder while working at our sister mine and could not tolerate the pain anymore. On 8/17/2015 it was revealed by MRI that he had a muscle in his shoulder and torn rotator cuff.
