Employee reported on 8/12/15 that he had injured his shoulder while pulling down curtains on 8/5/15. Due to the late reporting, an investigation was conducted to determine if the injured shoulder was a work related injury. It was determined on 8/24/15 that the injury was work related. He started missing work on 8/11/15.
