Narrative

Walking by miner in 1 East #3 heading inby 7 block and a piece of loose rib (2' by 8-12"") fell and struck him in the head and neck. X-rays were negative, given time off for possible soft tissue damage. No problems with training, ppe, mining machines or compliance issues.
