Narrative

Employee was troubleshooting a potential plug in the pug mill system. When attempting to open a 4"" port, the employee was struck in the face with waste dust and received dust in both eyes. The employee was wearing safety glasses at the time of the incident. The EE was taken to an eye specialist where a small amount of dust was removed from his left eye.
