## Narrative

The reagent operator was staging copper sulphate when he got pinned against the hand rail by a copper bag that was suspended in the air and tilted on the top side of the box. Initial classification of the injury was a first aid by a PA on site. late reporting due to the fact that we just found out that he saw a doctor for further treatment.
