Employee had been welding in the baghouse.  The employee later stated that he was having breathing problems, a headache, black mucus mixed with blood, and a nose bleed.  This request is being submitted to terminate Citation No. 8820578 and should not be construed as an admission that the matters described herein constitute a reportable accident, injury, or illness.
